Co-Create with LEGO®: Open The Tower

As part of the 2012 Helsinki Design Week, a venue in the city will be transformed into an expansive Lego construction site and become an adventurous forum for playful co-creation.

Visitors will be encouraged to discover how elementary LEGO bricks can be employed as a medium in a series of architectural investigations facilitated by the young Scandinavian architecture firm, KRADS, and The Why Factory. Aalto University and the Iceland Design Centre are also collaborating in the workshop, while the LEGO group is delivering 200,000 LEGO bricks to the event.

The workshop, which is part of a series of co-creating events for the Design Week, runs from the 12th - 16th September at the Cable Factory, Sea Cable Hall, Tallberginkatu 1 C 15, 00180 Helsinki.
